International delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta and EMS. Delivery time is 10-20 days, depending on the recipient’s city. The delivery cost is $30. The starting point for shipments is the city of Nikopol, Ukraine.
Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped on the same day or by agreement with the customer.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and national holidays).
In case of absence of the specified product in the order, its quantity, or other reasons due to which the order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be notified and informed.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Exchange and return of goods of improper quality are carried out within 14 days, provided that the product’s appearance and packaging are preserved (except for defects or damage not caused by the buyer). In this case, the cost of delivery services is paid by the seller.
The buyer has the right to a full refund of the product’s cost (at the time of purchase) or exchange for a similar or different product.
In case of refund, the refund is made within 1-2 business days from the date of receipt of the shipment by the seller.
In the case of exchange for another product, the buyer makes an additional payment, or the seller refunds the price difference.
Exchange and return of goods of proper quality are carried out within 14 days, provided that the product’s appearance and packaging are preserved. In this case, the cost of delivery services is paid by the buyer.
After sending, the buyer MUST provide the manager with the TTN number so that the seller can track the shipment and delivery date.
IMPORTANT: To avoid damage to the product during transportation by the delivery service, ALWAYS send the goods in properly packaged condition or in the condition in which it was sent by the seller.
In case of violation of the terms of exchange and return of products, the seller reserves the right to refuse to exchange (return) the product of proper or improper quality.
